About Us
Northern NJ CBT was established by Ferdinando Palumbo, LCSW, a graduate of University of Michigan School of Social Work and a passionate practitioner of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Ferdianndo has received advanced training from the International OCD Foundation, the Albert Ellis Institute, and had ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, Tic Disorders, as well as behavioral challenges and ADHD in children, teens, and adults When he is not seeing clients or training therapists, you can find him in his garden.

Rates & Payment
Our therapists are out-of-network providers, meaning we do not participate in health major insurance plans. If your insurance plan includes out of network coverage, you may be able to seek reimbursement for a portion of the cost. We will provide any paperwork necessary to file for reimbursement from your insurance company.

Sessions are $195. We have two slots for sliding fee clients.
